These services are provided by a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, economists and engineers for advice, assistance and representation activities in the following main categories of services:
- Monitoring of tender notices published in ESPD and identification of company’s projects of interest
- Analysis of tender documents published in public procurement procedures for company’s projects of interest
- Elaboration of eligibility documents in accordance with the qualification and award requirements, and in compliance with the legal provisions in force
- Preparing clarification requests to the public procurement documentation, together with the tender team, and uploading these documents to the ELECTRONIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
- Filling-in of the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) by the Company
- Collaboration with the legal department of the company regarding the ESPD documentation, sub-contracting agreements, collaboration with partners, as well as collaboration with partners during the tender preparation period.
- Elaboration of answers to clarification requests sent by Contracting Authorities, during the evaluation period, together with the tender team
